Kleenclad PVC Cladding is manufactured from rigid  PVC. Available in thicknesses from roughly 1mm to 3mm and sheet sizes up to 3050mm x1220mm (custom sizes available), with smooth satin, textured(abrasion-resistant), or high-gloss finishes.

Kleenclad panels are infused with a silver-ion (Ag⁺) antimicrobial additive throughout the fullthickness of the material during extrusion, using Addmaster BioMaster™technology. This continuously inhibits the growth of bacteria and othermicrobes on the surface throughout the product's life, unlike surface disinfectantsthat only offer temporary protection.

Antibacterial products target bacteria specifically, while antimicrobial technology is effective against a broader range of microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, and mold. Kleenclad's system is antimicrobial, offering wider-spectrum protection.

Kleenclad's family includes several systems designed for different finishes and performance needs: K-Bio, K-Ultra, K-Guard, K-Shine, and K-Print options.

Installation is designed for minimal disruption — cladding can typically be fitted without relocating staff or major downtime, using fully welded, watertight joints for a seamless finish.
